Dear all overseas fans,
In order to join in Welcoming event and Asia Fan Meeting, all Asia fans will come to Korea
by an official tour program. However many fans who can’t join in the tour program because
they can’t participate in the fan meeting want to go to Hwacheon to welcome our Seung Heon nim
back together. So the tour organizer decided to provide the transportation for those fans when they
will provide the transportation for Korean fans who bought the fan meeting ticket only.
The tour organizer will also provide some snacks and tea. An applicant has to pay KW20,000 for
transportation and snacks to Honeylang on the event day, Honeylang will send the collected money
to the organizer. So overseas fans who want to join the welcoming events, please refer to
the following details.
Subject: Welcoming Event in Hwacheon on 15th November, 2006
Who can apply for: All overseas fans who didn’t buy the fan meeting tour package but want to
join only in Hwacheon welcoming event
How to apply:
Please send the email application to honey761005@hanmail.net by 8th November (Wednesday)
Subject of e-mail: Nickname, Name, Nationality, Total No. of applicants including
accompanying persons
Contents of e-mail:
(1) Nickname
(2) Full name in English
(3) Nationality
(4) Location: name of website you are in.
Transportation fee: KW20,000 (Will be collected on the event day in order for overseas fans
to save the bank commission.)
For exact place and time of departure will be noticed later. But for your reference,
the place will be Kangnam area. |

關於迎接承憲nim退伍

大家好，親愛的honeylang家人各位^^*
今天是陽光略微和煦的一天.大家都健康吧?
最近因為有太~多的公告，所以就簡單問候了^^*
為迎來承憲nim的退伍和影迷會，除韓國的亞洲國家都將組織旅行團，
使全亞洲影迷聚集在韓國.
參加旅行團的影迷將全部出席影迷會,
而因情況無法參加影迷見面會活動即無法參加旅行團,
只能在退伍那一天來韓的影迷和沒有組團只購買門票的韓國影迷，
將通過本次亞洲影迷會主辦方另外提供的車輛去迎接承憲nim.
對只參加迎接退伍活動的國內外影迷將準備車輛和簡單的水果.
這次活動的費用，韓國影迷已經包含在影迷見面會的門票中,
而不出席影迷見面會, 只參加迎接活動的國內外影迷，需要交2萬韓元.
因為不是經過旅行團組織的活動，
所以honeylang需要統一收費後轉給本次亞洲影迷會主辦方.
國內外影迷分類進行細節介紹，所以參加者請根據本人的情況瞭解相應事項.
1. 出席影迷會, 同時參加迎接活動的韓國影迷 (也包括honeylang非正式會員)
회비 : 팬미팅 티켓에 회비가 포함되어 있으므로 별도의 회비는 없음.

主題- 昵稱,姓名,國家,同伴(包括本人的人數)

나라/國家
가입 사이트명/加入的site(網站)名稱
동행인이 있을 경우 본인 포함한 동행인 인원수 /如有同伴，則包括本人的人數
期間 : 11月8日(週三)截至
出發地點 : 首爾江南區.詳細地點日後公告通知
出發時間 :日後公告通知
*如申請時間晚，可能因車輛坐席有限而無法同行，
所以，即使在申請期間也請儘快申請.
*屬於上面1.2.3種情況的影迷，請發送申請mail.
