南韓「亞洲經濟」指出，「第三種愛情」已排定19日在南韓全國上映。宋承憲經紀公司BETTER娛樂表示，由於宋承憲本人在國外，因此無法出席「第三種愛情」媒體試映會。

無獨有偶的是，「第三種愛情」發行公司Mirovision也表示，因檔期問題，屆時劉亦菲將無法來韓國出席試映會。
